A figure in brown tones bends forward against a beige ground, their head replaced by a large red circular form emblazoned with white text and graphic elements suggestive of a vintage object or symbol from 1983. The composition uses collage techniques, layering photographic elements with illustrated forms to create a surreal, nostalgic meditation on identity and historical memory. At home in a creative workspace or modern gallery wall celebrating retro culture. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
